Returns Policy

In general, you can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided:

• It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
• It is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact
• You log a return on the Website within 30 days (or 7 days for products marked “Sale”) of delivery to you of the unwanted product.

Although we always strive to provide the perfect service, we understand that mistakes do occasionally happen.

If we have provided you with items that are not identical to the ones you ordered, we will gladly exchange them or refund you for the relevant amount, please contact us on [email protected] and we will organize for your order to be exchanged or refunded.

If you have already paid for your order and have not yet received an email notifying that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, contact us so we can arrange for your order to be cancelled. You will be refunded in full.

Orders that are available for pre-order whilst sold out will be marked as “Available for back-order”.

Your order will be placed on checkout and will be dispatched once stock is available.
